  • No Data Retention: Crucially, Stratus Logic Solutions LLC does not copy, download, store, or otherwise retain any client proprietary data, source code, customer information, or confidential business information on our own hardware, servers, or systems. All work product and data interaction occurs within the client's controlled environment. Upon completion of an engagement, or termination of access rights by the client, our access ceases, and no residual client data remains with Stratus Logic Solutions LLC or on contractor hardware assigned to the engagement.
     

3. Information We Collect and Retain

While we do not retain client operational or proprietary data, we do collect and retain limited types of information necessary for business operations:

  • Business Contact Information: We collect contact details for individuals within our client organizations necessary for communication, project management, invoicing, and relationship management. This typically includes names, corporate email addresses, corporate phone numbers, and job titles. This information is collected directly from the client contact or through standard business communication channels.

  • Engagement Details: We retain information about the nature of the engagement, timelines, and deliverables as outlined in contracts and SOWs for administrative, contractual, and financial record-keeping purposes. This does not include the client's proprietary data itself.

  • Website Usage Data (Minimal): When you visit our website (http://stratuslogicsolutions.com), we may collect minimal, standard technical information automatically logged by web servers. This might include:

    • IP Address (often anonymized or aggregated)

    • Browser type and version

    • Operating system

    • Referring website

    • Date and time of access

    • Pages visited on our site

    This data is used solely for website administration, security monitoring, and understanding basic traffic patterns to improve our site. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies or analytics aimed at building detailed user profiles.

  • Access to Business Contact Information is restricted to personnel who need it for legitimate business purposes.

  • Our consultants adhere strictly to client security protocols when accessing client environments via VPN and client-provided hardware.

  • Our own website uses standard security practices (e.g., HTTPS).

  • Client Proprietary Data: Zero retention on Stratus Logic Solutions LLC systems. Data resides solely within the client's environment.

  • Business Contact Information: Retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, maintain the business relationship, comply with contractual obligations, or as required by applicable laws (e.g., financial record retention periods).

  • Website Usage Data: Retained only for the period necessary for security logging and basic site analysis, typically for a limited duration as per standard server log rotation policies.
